Today, we went to the beach. The beach in December… Crazy! I enjoyed sitting in the sun while the boys played in the water!
For dinner we had a Low Country Boil. I boiled potatoes, sausage, corn, and shrimp with Cajun and Crab Boil seasonings. I also toasted some Cheesy Bread. I think it turned out pretty good 🙂 I cooked the food in stages starting with the potatoes, corn, and shrimp. I browned the sausage in a pan then added it with the shrimp.
I also learned London hates walking in the grass. How spoiled is my dog that he will not walk in grass??
