Life is like a box of Chocolate…

This morning started with a trip to the play ground for Ms. Mackenzie to play. Huck was being the cool uncle and taking her down the slide. He got his butt stuck a few time, though 🙂

After playing on the playground, we showed Huck’s family around Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter. We went on a tour of Jupiter Island and showed them around Downtown Abacoa. In between rain storms, we walked out on the beach to look for shells too.

We decided to have lunch at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. It is right on the water and across from the lighthouse.

I seen Shrimp and Grits on the menu and almost decided against them. Usually when I order them out, the grits taste very bland. I ordered them anyways and am so glad I did! The grits were amazing! I didn’t want to share them with anyone!!

Huck ordered the Bourbon Glazed Shrimp Skewers with Mashed Potatoes, Corn, and Slaw. He really liked his lunch too.

After lunch, they left for Disney, and we took Mary (Huck’s mom) to Tequesta Brewing Company. We spent most of our time taking about brewing. I found a big stack of magazines on how to run a brewpub too. I know what I will be doing next time we are up there!

Now it is time for bed! It has been a busy week and I have to be up early for work tomorrow! Goodnight everyone!
