Bad Boys Bad Boys What You Going To Do… NOTHING

We had more run ins with the Police during our trip home  then any other time in my life. From slashed tires to being pulled out of the truck on the side of the Florida Turnpike while our car was search, we have had our feel of the police.

Sunday night, we joined the Camp Stupid group for dinner at El Real in Winder.

This is the newest addition to Camp Stupid! He has to be the best baby ever!!

After dinner, we spent the night at our old roommates (Gump) house. As we were looking at his Jeep he just bought, we heard the neighbors fighting. A few moments later, I heard a loud pop. Think it was a gun, I started running to the front door. We then heard the noise again, and I realized someone was slashing the tires of one of the cars. The arguing increased and we quickly walked to the backyard and someone called 911. Everyone left before the Police arrived.

We were hanging out in the backyard a few hours later, talking and heard a noise (no one can remember what kind of noise) and Gump quickly started walking to the front yard, and I was following right behind him. As we walked up, I heard a voice of a man say “Hey White Boy” coming from the driveway. Everyone quickly went inside, and I locked the door. Gump’s girlfriend and Gump said they heard someone running around the other side of the garage to the area  we were just sitting. I was freaking out. I wasn’t sure if they were the neighbors from across the street or what they were doing in Gump’s yard. Did they know we called the Police and they were mad? Were they just walking by and we scared them?

I keep thinking about what would have happened if we wouldn’t of heard the noise and they would have came to the backyard. What did they want? It was midnight at this point. I was freaked out. The Police were called again, and did a drive by in the neighborhood. I’m sure that really scared them.

We spent the next few hours in the living room freaking out about ever little noise we heard and we finally went to bed around 2AM. I told Gump if nothing else, it made for a nice blog post Smile

The following morning me and Huck Quickly! got ready and ran to the car. On our way out we seen the car with the flat tires. I can say we will not be staying with Gump again!! Gump called his real-estate agent Monday morning and plans to list his house this week. I do not blame him. He lives there alone. I didn’t want to stay there with the 4 of us.

That was police run in one and two.

While on our way to Florida, Wednesday, Huck was pulled over 20 minutes from the house going 81 in a 70. As the cop was running Huck’s information, an unmarked car pulled up and two police officers stepped out. They went to talk to the first Police officer and then came and asked Huck to step out of the car. They stood behind the truck for awhile and one of the officers asked me to step out.  He asked me a lot of question about what was in our car, where we were going, where we lived, ect. (We had all our stuff in trash bags in the bed of the truck so it would not get wet.)

They asked me to stand with Huck and did the same thing to Jen. They patted her down though. She looked like more of a threat! The two police officers then searched our car (Is this legal?) They informed us this was part of a new program to crack down on drugs. It didn’t help that the three of us all look like stoners (I surround myself with other droopy eyed people) and Huck had a Sweetwater 420 sticker on this truck. The cop asked about the sticker, too.

It was very embarrassing standing on the side of the road while the cops searched the car. Of course they did not find anything. As we pulled away, we seen 4 other people pulled over in less than a mile from where we were. Cracking down!!

Huck told us when the cop pulled us over, he was going to jail. I knew he was joking but when they started pulling us out of the car one at a time, I started to freak out. Made for a few laughs afterwards, I guess.

Yesterday, me and Jen explored the Garden Mall and went to the beach, but as soon as we setup our chairs it started raining. HARD! On our way back to the house, we stopped and rented some “Action” movies for Huck. They just so happen to have really HOT guys in them.

For dinner, I made Tacos (of course) and Molten Lava Cake. I had to make Chocolate for my Chocolate Loving Friend! After dinner, we rode to the beach to look for Sea Turtles. We seen a total of 3. I get so excited when we find one. This is the first time we have seen them in Jupiter. Last year, we seen some in Melbourne, FL.

I think it would be cool to see a Turtle during the day. Or even cooler to see the baby turtles hatching.

Now, we off to the beach. Even though Jen hasn’t seen the Sun since she got here. I promise the weather is always great here!

*As I wrote “we are off to beach” we heard thunder and a minute or two later, it started raining! WTF!!

“Jen, what did you do in Florida?”

Jen- “Sat on Sloane’s couch bored out of my mind! She told me the weather was always sunny there. She lied!!! I’m never going back!”

It is suppose to be sunny Sunday… After she leaves! We are not inviting people down anymore! They bring ugly weather with them. But I am having fun just talking and laughing on the couch! I miss girl time with my oldest friend!!

Sunday will be fun, too. I am entering my Grape Kool-Aid Wheat Beer into a Beer competition and Huck will be a judge for the IPA competition. It would be cool if we both won 1st place in our first competitions.
