Tim and Jen left Wednesday, and we had a night to prepare for Gumps arrival. I had 3 claims to look at in Homestead before we picked Gump up at the airport. That is a really long drive by the way!!
We arrived at the airport about an hour before he arrived, and Huck set up his office to get in as much work done.
We had a pretty cool view.
Thursday night, we went to Tequesta and Square Grouper.

Friday, we spent the day at the beach. For dinner, we took Gump to Bubba Gump.
He was super excited. 
I ordered the Stuffed Shrimp which was great!!
Huck ordered the Fried Chicken, which was really good too. The skin was really crispy.
And of course Gump had to get his picture take in Gump’s shoes. This is become a tradition.
After dinner, we walked across the street to Guanabanas and then met a friend, Todd, at Uncle Micks. Uncle Micks was….. rough!! But made for great people watching.
The next morning, I felt like I really did drink the whole pitcher. Huck told me he wouldn’t drink and drive us home. After Gump and I started arguing on the way to Uncle Micks, I think he really started regretting it. Gump and I fight like brother and sister or two people that really don’t like each other
Saturday, I bet you can guess what we did… yep. More drinking. Around 3, we rode our bikes to downtown Abacoa for the Tiki Bash. We paid $30 for Open Bar, Dinner, and 2 Concerts.
The open bar included liquor and beer. I started drinking Vodka and Cranberry. Multiple times I had to ask for more cranberry juice in my drink. Those bartenders did not play around. The boys would fill their cups up a couple times in the beer line while we were waiting in the liquor line. I could tell it was going to be a early night.
We met up with Jilda and Warren. And I made sure to get a picture!
Two of them! And yes, the bartenders were handing out drinks two at a time!
I guess we can blame this outfit on the alcohol!
Luckily, Warren and Jilda gave us a ride home because the guys would not have been able to walk all the way. We arrived home around 9:30!! That’s what happens when you get old.
Sunday, we went out on the boat with Nate. I didn’t get any pictures but did enjoy some snorkeling. Nate had a Manatee swim right in front of him. I would have freaked out!
The rest of his trip was uneventful. Mostly relaxed around the house. Now, it is back to work. Our TV has stayed on the Weather Channel all day! Tropical Storm Isaac is a threat to Florida which means the possibility of Huck and I being very busy soon.
