Yes, I hit the curb. No, I do not care!

Since moving to Florida, Huck and I spend almost all our time together. We both work for different companies and are self-employed (I realized today, that I will file my taxes as self employed this year), but we schedule our claims on the same days. We try to schedule multiple claims on the same day, so we are not making multiple trips to Miami. And it works great for Huck since I can’t work in the car. I get car sick! It sucks for me because I lose a whole day of work.

We have some interesting conversations during our 12 hour days.

• When we have kids, they are going to cuss like sailors.
• People can’t drive.
• Do people really go to Rachel’s for food?
• YOU’RE REALLY PISSING ME OFF!
• Google it.
• Are we going to get shot?
• Keep the car in drive and lock the doors!!
• Would you live here?
• Are we safe?
• I’m hungry!
• And people wonder why their insurance is so expensive.
• I have to pee!
• We need gas…. Again!
• If you’re going to bitch about my driving, I’ll pull over and let you do it!
• Yes, I hit the curb! No I do not care!!
• I love you!!!
• Can we go to _______ for our honeymoon.
• When we have our brewery_____________________.
• What is for lunch?
• What is for dinner?
• Would you move back to GA?
• Sometimes when I stretch… I see chrome gnats!
• Did you hear my ear pop??

If someone recorded our conversations, they would think we were disturbed. We are yelling one minute and laughing the next! Our yelling is mostly playing. Huck likes to make fun of me. I like to push his buttons. It is so easy. I just start asking questions about politics  and disagree with him (even if I don’t) He gets so fired up. I love it.

I enjoy working together, though. We make a great team! We keep each other entertained, and it makes the day go by much faster.

The best parts of my new job: I make my own schedule, I’m not stuck in a box all day, and I get to work with my best friend… Even if he is a DICK! I love you Huck! And thank you for everything you do! Like helping me get on scary roofs and not make fun of me, to much, when I’m scared!
