Frugal Wedding Shopping

Today, was spent shopping and looking at wedding stuff. I will back track a little and fill everyone in on a few things.

• Our wedding colors are Navy Blue and Yellow with Burlap
• The guys are going to wear khakis with button shirts. Something like this.

• The girls are wearing navy blue sundresses. I told them the color and they each picked out their own. I figured that way they could pick a dress they liked. No one spent over $20.
• The bridesmaids are going to have yellow flowers, and I will have blue.
• Still working on the Boutonnieres.  I like these

Today, I went to a few craft and party supply stores to look at prices of different items to see what would be our best options. While at Michael’s, I seen their flowers where 50% off. I seen some Sunflowers that were originally $1.99 for 6 or 7 flowers. I grabbed one and brought it home. I cut the flowers off and made them into bouquets. I looked at it and was really surprised how good it looked. Huck even approved. You can’t really tell it is fake. And you can’t tell at all in the picture I sent to everyone. I was pretty excited. $1.00 bouquets. Can’t beat that!! Now, I just need to figure out what I am going to do for my flowers.

I also picked out everything for the tables including the table cloths and center pieces. I was on a roll today.

My to do list is getting shorter Only 47 more days!! It isn’t short enough, though!

I added a little count down to the blog today too.

I’m not stressed but know I have so much to do and worried it will sneak up on me. It will be great no matter what!!

I go back on Saturday to see my dress. Fingers crossed it looks and fits great!! Now, back to Pinterest!
