The Mustache Man

I know I fell off the edge of the blog world the past couple days. I had zero motivation to get on my computer since Friday.

Thursday night, was Tequesta’s 1st Annual Mr. Movember party. Huck decided to shave his face for the party.

SCARY is all I have to say! I LOVE the beard! Not a fan of the mustache, though.

The creepy look paid off, though. He was crowned Mr. Movember. Out of 26 people.

I’m so proud!!

Friday night, Huck had guys night with some friends in Delray, and I had girls night with a friend and the guys she is talking, too. He was an awesome sport about it. We started the night with Wine, Sushi, and Sake Bombs and ended it with Beer and Shots. I spent Saturday hating life! I can’t remember how many times I said “I’m never drinking again”. I slept until they came over on Saturday night to watch the Alabama/Georgia game. It was so close! I really thought GA was going to score at the end.  

Sunday, was the ultimate lazy day. I read ALL DAY! Normally, I only read after Huck goes to bed and when I’m laying down. Sunday, I sat on the porch and in the recliner all day with my “book”. The weather is great here, so reading outside was a treat!!

I noticed today, my book selections are all over the place. I just finished a Romance and today I downloaded Sloppy Seconds: The Tucker Max Leftovers. Very different sides of the spectrum!!  I liked I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell and someone recommended some of his other books. Sloppy Seconds was free on Amazon.

Last night, Huck and I picked out our Christmas tree and had dinner at Thai Grand Palace. He ordered the Fried Rice, and I ordered the Pad Thai.

The Pad Thai was really good. I wasn’t impressed with the fried rice. It was too dry!

Well, I’m off to decorate the Christmas tree! Hopefully, tomorrow, I’ll have a recipe to post!
