Merry Christmas To All

Christmas started last night when we exchanged gifts with my family.

The boys got bones from Grandma and Grandpa. Oh, and notice the present in the back ground with the multiple wrapping paper? I did that! I have mad wrapping skills!!

My Mommy was excited about her case of Mountain Dew.

My Dad was trying to figure out why his present had 8 different kinds of wrapping paper.

My family loves wrapping gifts in weird boxes, too.

Huck and I set a $100 limit this year for Christmas. As you can tell, he did not stick to it. I wanted an E-Reader with a backlight. He bought me an IPad Mini. Tax write off It has quickly become my new favorite toy.

My parents gave me gift cards to Amazon. I’m going to be a reading machine!!

After our gift exchange, we went to Christmas at my Papa Brook’s house.

I used the self timer and got a picture of my whole family. It isn’t every often we all make it to Christmas. This picture has all my aunts, uncles, and cousins with their spouses. I can’t remember the last time we had everyone together.

 

For Christmas Day, we started the day at my Nanny and Papa Mathis’

I didn’t take one picture there We are having lunch with my Papa tomorrow, so I’ll be sure to get one then.

We spent the rest of the day at Huck’s parents.

Huck’s mom is so creative and her house is always decorated beautiful! I want my house to look like this, on Christmas, one day!!

Mackenzie wasn’t to excited about opening presents. I’m sure next year she will be. She enjoyed the purse  we bought her. 

The Georgia Watch, on Huck’s wrist, was one of the gift I gave him. I also got him some headphones and a bubba keg.

Mackenzie is so cute. She wasn’t talking last time we really were able to spend time with her. She was talking to us tonight.

I kind of had a melt down on the way home thinking about going back to Florida. My family means so much to me and it is so hard to leave them. I have a great Husband that always helps make me feel better, though. We talked about staying until we get more claims. That way, we can make it to Mackenzie’s 2nd Birthday Party and spend a few more days here  

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and was able to spend time with Family and Friends.
