I’m only 12 days late for my Photo A Day post! Wow!!
Feb 1st- Walk on the beach.
Feb 4th- We were in Sarasota for work, and stopped at JDub’s Brewing Company. Awesome brewery with a cool beer garden in the back.
Feb 5th- We stocked up on a bunch of Florida beer on the way home from Sarasota!
Feb 7th- Deena and I spent the day playing tennis and drinking at Twisted Trunk.
Feb 8th- We played disc golf and stumbled upon a giant iguana. He was like 3 feet long! Scary! They’re everywhere is South Florida.
Feb 11th- Date night at home. Homemade sushi with mushroom soup and lots of Sriracha.
Feb 12th- Lunch break at Coolinary Cafe! Everything they make is AMAZING!!
Feb 13th- I took a 3 day how to row class at North Palm Beach Row Club. We learned the basic techniques for sculling. Now that we’re back from San Diego and the instructor is back in town, I plan to sign up to take classes a couple days a week. I figured since we live so close to the ocean and it’s usually warm here, I should take advantage of it.
Feb 14th- Dinner at a friend’s house and drinks at Twisted Truck Brewing. I made a no bake cheesecake with a shortbread cookie crust and heart shaped strawberries. I’m going to make it with a strawberry beer and post it on the blog soon!
Feb 15th- It was a cold day for rowing!
Feb 18th- For Christmas, I bought Huck a Groupon for trapezes lessons with Aerial Trapeze Academy in West Palm, and we finally used it. So much fun!
Feb 19th- It was really cold in South Florida for about 2 days, so I made a hearty beef and vegetable soup. Perfect for 40 degree weather.
Feb 20th- Huck renewed his mug club membership for the third year in a row, and we enjoyed growler Friday at TBC.
Feb 21st- We went to Gator Hole at Lake Okeechobee and enjoyed my Homemade Horseradish Cheez-its.
Feb 22nd- Three assholes parked their carts right in front of my car while I was inside the grocery store! THREE!!
Feb 26th- Huck made homemade pizza and it was kick ass. He is now taking over pizza making duties.
Feb 27th- I was not tempted by fried food at a fried seafood restaurant. I decided to give up fried foods for a while. I cheated why in San Diego a couple time {I ate a fried hashbrown without even realizing it 😦 and of course I had to try the fries at In-N-Out Burger!}
Feb 28th- Enjoyed a few beers at Bx Beer Depot for their Cigar City tap takeover. They had an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie beer that I really enjoyed.

I’ll be back soon with recaps from our trip to San Diego. I’m probably going to break them up by day, so be prepared for a bunch of San Diego post. Sorry not sorry! I love reliving my trips through my blog post! Huck was/is ready to move to the west coast, so I’m sure he’ll enjoy them as well.
