After my alarm went off at 430 this morning, I started rethinking our plan to leave early to go to Disney World. Our plan was to meet Huck’s sister at 8AM for the opening ceremony at the Magic Kingdom. Orlando is 2 hours from our house, so we had to leave really early.
On the way, we stopped at a service plaza for Muffins and coffee. It was a coffee kind of day.
That was about all of the muffin I ate. It was cold and stale.
We arrived to the Magic Kingdom about 3 minutes after the opening ceremony. Figures!!
While we walked around the park, I realized there are 3 types of Disney people. Those that don’t like Disney. Those that like Disney. And Those that LOVE Disney. And you can usually tell which category each person falls into just by looking at them. Huck’s sister and brother-in-law (Mike and Jessica) love Disney. Their love for Disney makes it hard not to get excited about going. Until the lady at the ticket window told me our total was $181! WTF?!?!?! It was worth it thought to see Mackenzie having fun!

First thing we did was get our picture in front of the Cinderella’s Castle.

For lunch, I ate a BBQ sandwich with fries. It worked really well with my eating better and making better choices at restaurant goal! HAHA.

The sandwich was good. Huck ordered a hamburger, but he wasn’t impressed with it.
After lunch we rode a few more rides…

Look who else we found walking around…

It was sad leaving, but we will get to see them again in a few weeks! It was nice getting to spend so much time with Huck’s family.
We left around 430 to make our way home! I enjoyed a Fish Burrito for dinner using leftover grilled fish from the other night.
I was so hungry, I almost didn’t take the picture. It tasted better then it looked. I know I say that a lot:)
And that was another WIAW! Go to Peas and Crayons to check out all the other post. Jenn website is awesome, and she has great recipes and pictures!!
What kind of Disney person are you? Love it? Hate it? Don’t care either way?

Yay for Disney:)! Going with the right people, I can definitively be turned into a ‘love Disney’ type of person. I’ve never made it to Disney World but my favorite clam chowder in the world is from Disneyland…not sure if that’s ridiculous. But it is the best thing ever. I love your teacup pictures! So fun:)
