Curls!

I usually wear my hair straight. I’ve tried curling my hair with rollers or curling iron in the past, but the curls always fall flat, in 30 or less.

I did have pink hair, tooSmile

I kept seeing bloggers talk about using their straighteners to curl their hair. After watching a few YouTube videos, I decided to give it a try.

I’ve done it a few times now, and LOVE IT. It took me a few times to get it right. The key is doing it in small sections. The small sections are easier to work with but give you tighter curls. Bigger sections give you a bigger/causal curl, I think. I know nothing about hair, by the way!!

I curled my hair yesterday, and I still have pretty curls today (I only wash my hair a couple times a week because it takes so long to dry and gets frizzy)

It looked a little better yesterday!

It took me less then 45 minutes to do my hair like this. I have really long/thick hair, too. Here is the video, I watched and found the most useful PBFinger Hair Video.

I told Huck my hair looked to pretty yesterday to not go out and show it off. We met up with some friends in Delray and had dinner at Mellow Mushroom. We ordered a few pizzas. My favorite was the Buffalo Chicken.

After dinner, we went to Funky Buddha for a few beers. Funky Buddha is a lounge and brewery.

They even had Bud Light on their beer menu!

I wasn’t impressed with my beer, but I did taste one that was good.

Last night was the prefect temp too! We are getting to that time of year when the humidity is low and the temp is comfortable! I LOVE IT!!

  1. You hair looks so good! I love it! It’s funny how many times I told you and Tabbie to wear your hair down, because you both have such Beautiful hair. Before I get there, try putting a frizz controller in your hair when your hair is wet and let it dry naturally. You want have to curl as much. I Know, I know, but at least try it. Talk to ya later. I Love You, Mom
