I recently found a recipe for Homemade Baileys Marshmallow. Then, I started thinking, if she used Baileys, I can use beer. So, today, I made a batch of Homemade Chocolate Stout Marshmallows.
The marshmallows are currently drying out on the counter. I tried to use them in my hot chocolate, but they sucked up the liquid and turned brown. I’m hoping, after they dry out some, they will look better.
As I was cleaning up, I remembered I had some Rice Krispies in the pantry that needed to be used. I quickly whipped up a batch and let them cool.
It has been overcast all day, and by the time I was ready to take my pictures, it was almost dark
I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
I did have one picture that looked semi good. I was determined to post a damn picture today, so you better like it!!

I will have the recipe for my marshmallows tomorrow. It is crazy how much you can taste the beer in the Rice Crispy Treats.
Huck and I have planned a date night-in for tonight. I rented a movie and we are cooking dinner together after our run. It should be fun!
Crazy mix. Did it come out.
