Benefit of working from home…

One of the benefits of working from home, I can eat whatever I want for lunch. Not that I really cared before. I just hated being that person with the stinky lunch.

I remember one day I took pasta I made with wine to work. All you could smell, in the break room, was wine. That can’t be any worse than the time the head of my department came up to tell me my cookies (that I made with beer) were great!

Today, I made Asian Tuna Burgers for lunch. My coworker didn’t complain.

I also found my new favorite spot to take pictures. The lighting is so much better!

That’s about all I have today. I’m having writers block. Umm… We leave in 3 days for MN… I started packing and our snowboarding clothes took up one whole carry on… That means we only have one carry on for both of us, Sucks for Huck :)… I’ve been looking at my computer all day, and I’m about to go crazy!!… The Pioneer Woman Show is proof Food Bloggers should stick to blogging and not TV!…  I’m out of random stuff… I guess I can go clean!

  1. I had this for lunch today. Really good. Only I used a piece of leftover steelhead trout I had for dinner last night. And I served it on a big lettuce leaf instead of a bun. I figured it is about 7 weight watcher points with a nice size patty and a dollop of the sauce.

  2. This recipe sounds good but your dad doesn’t like bell peppers. Ya know I put diced fresh apples in my tuna salad and he really likes that though, He would probably like the spicy sauce, but it don’t like me.

    1. You can leave the Bell Peppers out. I use Mini Peppers. You can find them in a bag in the produce section. They are really sweet not like a Green Bell Pepper. And the sauce is only as spicy as you want it to be. You can reduce the hot sauce. And the Slaw and yogurt balance out everything.
