Homemade Beer Pizza Dough

I live to eat… If you haven’t noticed. I think about food all the time. I wake up and start planning my meals for the day. After my meals are planned, I look at food blogs. Occasionally, I’ll watch cooking shows (my TV use to stay on the Food Network. I’d rather read blogs, now.)

My life revolves around food and I’m OK with that. As long as I don’t start getting fat!

I love Peas and Crayons What I Ate Wednesday because everyone shares my same love for food.

This is What I Ate Tuesday.

Usually, I just drink coffee until lunch time. Yes, I know it’s not healthy… I don’t care. I don’t like to eat while drinking coffee, and I drink a couple cups of coffee in the morning.

For lunch, I made homemade pizza using my Beer Crust Recipe. It’s my favorite. I used half whole wheat flour and half regular flour.

Dinner was just as easy.

Roast Chicken Legs with Green Beans and Mushrooms and Potato Salad. Chicken legs are a staple in our house.
