Serves: 24 Donut Holes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup AP Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 5 tablespoons Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Cider
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Pear (Grated)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Flour, Baking Powder, and Cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine Yogurt, Sugar, Beer, Butter, Egg, Vanilla, and Grated Pear. [br][br]Add the dry ingredients into the wet, and stir until fully combine {I used my stand mixer for this. It was a lot easier}. Scoop batter into mini muffin pan, about 3/4 full. [br][br]Bake for 12-15 minutes, in center of oven, or until golden brown on the outside and a toothpick comes out clear when stuck into the center. [br][br]Allow donuts to cool slightly, then roll in melted butter, then cinnamon sugar mixture. [br][br]Serve right away.
